as a small independent business, every order is carefully made, packed, and prepared to order. please check your order details and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed.

due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted items.

if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. we'll review your claim and where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

we always aim to provide the best possible service and will do our best to resolve any genuine issues promptly.

shipping and delivery

every order is carefully packed by me; as this is a one-woman business please allow a little extra time for processing. i'll always do my best to ship your order as soon as possible!

all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. we are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. if your tracking shows as delivered or indicates an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. we’re happy to assist you in opening an investigation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

EU: International Tracked 3 to 5 business days - £12

USA & Canada: International Tracked 6 to 7 business days - £20

Other destinations: International Tracked - £15
